Bring It North - BGT 2018



Formed in January 2018 by Cuffe and Taylor and Live Nation UK, BRING IT NORTH boasts 5 massive young talents drawn from all corners of the North of England.

From 500 Northern boys who auditioned – Oscar (13); Toby (12); Harry (12); Felix (12) and Max (11) made it to the final line-up and successfully gained a chance to audition for the Britain’s Got Talent Judges at the Lowry Theatre on February 9th 2018.

The boys sang Elton John's Electricity – from Billy Elliot - for their audition.

Their performance earned them a resounding "yes" from all four members of the BGT judging panel.

Simon said, “I just know Eric and his four mates in 6 years’ time are going to be doing exactly that.”

Alesha Dixon was also supportive and said: “You’re so cute and I hope you inspire lots of young boys to do something they’re passionate about.”

The band successfully gained a place in the Britain’s Got Talent Live Semi Finals at Hammersmith. Their LIVE semi final performance took place on Friday 1st June 2018.


Harry Steel, 12 is from Nottinghamshire; 11-year-old Max Ferguson is from Darlington; Toby McTurk, 12 is from Bridlington; Oscar Williams, 13 is from Colne in Lancashire and Felix Yates, 12 hails from Barnsley.

Since BGT the boys have toured the UK as support for Il Divo and Michael Ball; performed alongside X Factor winners Rak-Su at a massive event for the Sun Newspaper; switched on a LOT of Christmas lights - and March 2019 saw the boys take to the stage on two consecutive nights at the SSE Arena Wembley as Special Guests of Voice in a Million. On 20th April 2019 they will join the 120 strong MXM choir accompanying BGT Winners Collabro at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall.

The boys’ genre is musical theatre/pop crossover specialising in close harmony.
